Dattatreya introduced to the world the science of breath (kriya yoga). His Holiness Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji has incorporated the science of breath with physical exercises which help strengthen and increase the flexibility of the body and balance the body's energy for a healthier life.
