समुद्रवसने देवि पर्वतस्तनमण्डले ।
विष्णुपत्नि नमस्तुभ्यं पादस्पर्शं क्षमस्वमे ॥

Sa-mu-dra   Va-sa-ne Devi

Parvata Stana Man-da-lay

Vishnu Pat-ni na-mas-tu-bhyam

Paa-da  spar-sham  ksha-ma sva-may

Meaning of Prayer to Mother Earth :

Oh Mother Earth, the Devi Who is having Ocean as Her Garments

Mountains and Forest as Her Body

Who is the Consort of the One Who Sustains (Sri Vishnu), I Bow to You
